No passwords — just pick a role. There are two sides to see, and it's worth trying both: running a practice call as a loan officer, and the trainer's view of where the team needs work.
1 · Take a practice call
Sign in as a trainee loan officer. Interview a borrower on the line, work the numbers, and get two-lane feedback on what you got right and how you handled the call.
2 · See the trainer's view
Sign in as the trainer to see every trainee's calls, where training is weakest across the team, and the real questions loan officers are asking — sorted into what to train next.
Assigned to you
Practice calls your trainer asked you to complete.
Start a practice call
You're a loan officer. A borrower is on the line. Interview them, work the numbers, and figure out where they stand — then get two-lane feedback on how you did.
See a finished call and its two-lane feedback — no typing, nothing spent.
—
Find the numbers you need, then make the call:
- Monthly gross income
- Monthly debts (car, cards, student loans)
- Home price & down payment
- Then: do they qualify? Explain PMI if they're under 20% down.
Watch for what the borrower doesn't volunteer.
